Our Mission Our company focus is providing clients with our in-depth transformer engineering expertise to help ensure transformer reliability and system stability. Transformer Technology Experience Knowledge of various transformer core form technologies including GE, Westinghouse, ABB, Siemens, Asea, and Federal Pioneer. Senior Engineer Arnaldo Carlos, P. Eng. Mr. Carlos is a Professional Engineer and holds a B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Manitoba, Canada. He started his career in 1985 with Federal Pioneer Ltd, Canada as a large power transformer design engineer. During his engineering career he has acquired over 20 years solid experience in liquid-filled, core form transformer technology through his positions with ABB, Siemens, Westinghouse and Federal Pioneer Ltd. For three years, prior to establishing A.G. Carlos Inc. in early 2006, Mr. Carlos was the ABB, Guelph Technical Manager and Repair Manager.
